Inhome Care Partners also provides temporary 24-hour home care services after hospitalisation or in case of rehabilitative care. Our care services are fully covered by the PGB allocated to you.

OUR METHOD

What can you expect from us

Our 24-hour care starts when the professional carer moves in to provide you or your family member with personalised round-the-clock care. The carers will provide as much or as little care as you wish; everything will be laid down in a personal care plan that is fully in line with your specific wishes. Our 24-hour care is provided by a permanent team of two carers who alternate every 3 to 4 weeks. We will find a suitable care au pair together with you. We will make sure your carer is someone who is a good match on a personal level, with the right experience and skills, so you can establish a relationship built on trust.
